Applied with rhythmic, compressive movements, the poultices work deeply into the muscles, allowing the penetrating heat to soften tight tissues and ease stubborn knots, aches, and stiffness. The combination of warmth, pressure, and herbal aroma creates a grounding, comforting experience that supports both physical release and deep relaxation.
