Spa Terms & Conditions

We are open to non-hotel guests for spa days only. Single treatments are available for hotel guests only.

Full payment is required on booking. We ask for 48 hours notice to amend or cancel your appointment. With less than 48 hours notice or a no show, the full booking cost is charged. If you do need to move your booking, please let us know as soon as possible.

Payment will be taken from your card on booking – whether that’s through our spa reservations team or online.

If you have a gift voucher, please book by calling the reservations team on 01637 861 861. You will need to present your voucher to the spa team on arrival as payment and the voucher will be redeemed against your booking if you cancel or amend within 48 hours.

If your spa treatment or experience forms part of your hotel stay, they will be subject to the same cancellation or amendment policy as your hotel booking, which can be found here: Terms & Conditions - Scarlet Hotel & Spa. If you need to alter your booking, please contact us as soon as possible.
