Using slow, grounding, pregnancy-safe techniques, the massage helps ease common pregnancy discomforts such as lower-back tension, tired legs, hip tightness, swelling, and restlessness, while calming the nervous system and encouraging deep relaxation. Guests often leave feeling lighter, more comfortable, and deeply rested — with a renewed sense of connection to themselves and their growing baby.
