A deeply soothing body treatment using heated ceramic pods that glide slowly and fluidly over the muscles. The sustained warmth penetrates deeply into tired, knotted areas, encouraging muscles to soften while improving circulation and mobility. Unlike the more rhythmic, compressive nature of poultice work, this treatment is characterised by long, flowing movements that create a sense of calm and continuity, allowing both body and mind to fully unwind.
