Begin with a chat to set your intentions for what you'd like to get out of your experience at Scarlet. Unwind with a unique bathing ritual followed by a guided meditation or sound experience. Followed by a synchronised bespoke treatment to align you and your partners energies leaving you feeling connected and in tune.

* Couples Ayurvedic consultation to discuss your journey

* Softening bathing ritual (Choose from a Hammam, Rhassoul, Candlelit Copper Tub or Cliff top hot tub)

* Guided meditation or sound treatment to slow the mind into introspective calm

* A 60 Minute body treatment each, ending with a shared Epsom salt bath to reflect and detox; aids energy production and soothes the mind, body, and soul. Includes a glass of elderflower presse.

* Use of Scarlet Spa, unwind in our light relax lounge, indoor pool and steam room, cliff top barrel sauna and outdoor fresh water pool.
