A nurturing journey for mother and baby — where time softens and deep rest begins.
Step into a Pregnancy Scarlet Journey — a gentle, unhurried experience created to support you through this special time. Nothing is predetermined. When you meet your practitioner, you will begin with a quiet conversation and, together, shape a journey that reflects how you are feeling in this moment, honouring both your changing body and growing baby.
Your journey begins with a personalised consultation, drawing on the wisdom of Ayurveda to explore the changing needs of pregnancy. Your practitioner will listen carefully to how your body is feeling, identifying areas of tension or fatigue and shaping the journey in response.
You are then guided into a warm bathing experience in either the outdoor hot tub or a private copper bath. Immersed in warmth and water, the body begins to soften, easing muscular tension and encouraging deep comfort and relaxation.
Time is then yours. A quiet pause to simply be. Rest, breathe and take in the surrounding landscape, allowing the mind to soften and the body to settle into stillness.
Your practitioner may then guide you through meditation or soothing sound, preparing the body for treatment.
From here, your pregnancy therapeutic massage unfolds. Carefully adapted for each stage of pregnancy, the treatment uses gentle, flowing movements to ease areas of strain and encourage deep relaxation within our silent, tented treatment space.
The journey closes with deep relaxation. Cocooned in a hammock-like hanging pod, you are given time and space to rest fully — allowing the body and mind to absorb the benefits of the journey, leaving you feeling nurtured, restored and supported.
