During this relaxed group experience, you will explore the three Doshas, Vata, Pitta, and Kapha, and learn how the elements of nature may influence your energy, emotions, movement, digestion, rest, and overall sense of wellbeing.
Using a simple consultation guide, you will begin to recognise which Dosha qualities may be most present for you at this moment in time, while discovering supportive ways to encourage greater balance through nourishment, movement, rest, lifestyle, and daily rituals.
Inspired by Scarlet’s Ayurvedic philosophy, this workshop offers a calm and welcoming introduction to seasonal wellbeing, self awareness, and holistic balance, gently woven into the wider experiences, treatments, and rituals you may encounter throughout your stay.
No previous knowledge of Ayurveda is needed. Simply arrive as you are and enjoy a slower moment of reflection, connection, and discovery.
Directions: Turn left out of Scarlet and take the first right up towards Bedruthan Spa. The Wellness Studio can be found through the double doors at the spa entrance. Continue forwards past the spa garden, where the Wellness Studio is located just up the steps on the left.
