Combined head and face massage.

A massage fully focused around the head, designed to brighten both physical appearance and mental energy. MukhaShiro typically begins with the Shirobhyanga to sooth the neck, shoulder and upper arm muscles. Treatment focus is then widened during the Mukhabhyana, a Marma point oil facial massage experienced lying flat. These repeated movements refresh facial muscles — but also make it feel like something within the mind is being slowly unwound.
